Open the Telegram bot at @PyanAnnNgwe_bot and follow the setup instructions. Then visit any participating store and make a purchase — the cashier will record the transaction and your cashback will appear in your wallet.
Open the Telegram bot and request your OTP. You’ll receive a message showing your balance and a one-time password. Show the OTP to the cashier when you make a purchase, and they’ll enter it into the system to apply your cashback.
Cashback expiry is set by each individual merchant — it varies by store. You’ll receive two automatic Telegram reminders before your cashback expires so you always have a chance to use it in time.
OTPs are time-limited for security. If yours has expired, simply open the Telegram bot and request a fresh OTP. The process takes seconds.
No — cashback is store-specific. The cashback you earn at Store A can only be redeemed at Store A. Each merchant maintains their own cashback wallet for their customers.

When a customer wants to redeem cashback, they show their OTP on Telegram. The cashier enters the OTP and the transaction amount into the Pyan Ann Ngwe cashier app. The system verifies and records everything instantly. The whole process takes under 10 seconds.
Yes! You can upload custom branded images for each customer touchpoint — the OTP message, success confirmation, failure notice, expiry reminders, and win-back campaigns. You can use your own mascot, logo, or seasonal artwork.
